Ive place about 3 cars on and off my policies for 1 yr now. I dont have insight in needing to use them yet, but as for help and explaining what going on. Step by step, theyve been the best for me. Many great representatives have graced me with their care and expertise and today Kennett took the stage for me. After getting off the phone with her, I realized how much I appreciate them. MIKE Hodgen: I was with Eagle Rock Insurance for years for auto insurance before Envision took over. Eagle Rock was awesome they seem to care about me. If the insurance company I was with was going to raise my rate they would look around and find a lower rate somewhere else. Probably changed 3 or 4 times. I just got a big rate increase thru Progressive contacted Progressive said sorry maybe I assumed wrong but I thought they would contact my agent. Telling him one of there clients wasnt happy. I Waited until my insurance was almost up but no response from them. I did renew on line but I will be looking around in the next 6 months since they just want my money.

David Bandy: I would leave 0 stars if I could. The owner of Dempster is a very unpleasant person to deal with. Very manipulative. Was told by auto owners catastrophe adjuster that I didn’t have to replace my roof and they would still pay out on the claim. Was told if I didn’t replace the roof I wouldn’t get the additional depreciation money. Had a roofing company inspect and they said the roof had minor granular loss to random shingles that did not merit replacement. The catastrophe adjuster also said that the roof may last another 25-30 years. Only one other person on my street of 40 homes actually had their roof replaced. I was told by Casey that I would have 2 years to decide if I wanted to replace the roof. Now after 6 months they are saying I need to decide in the next 3 months or my policy will be dropped. Nothing but changing stories with this insurance broker. Also every time we had an auto issue with one of our kids cars they were always trying to convince us not to turn in a claim. What’s the point of insurance if your broker is always scheming to get you to not use it but to go ahead and pay them money monthly. This broker is a joke and should rename to Dumpster insurance.
