Now communication is slow, funds transfers are slow, phones are always backed up, and they want to charge for services that are free with other credit unions. I have been a customer for over 10 years but I am switching to a different institution after this latest incident.

1 /5 Keith: In my personal opinion, their not professional, and they try to intimidate you, bullying you, with a take it or leave it attitude, all while not allowing you to speak to the Bank President, i need his input/assistance.?? what is the Bank Presidents name and direct phone number. (also) How can I file a Discrimination report, with the Federal Reserve or any other Government Oversight dept.

1 /5 Chad DeProw: The banking app really sucks. Don’t expect to see what you spent your money on until 4-7 days later. I’ve been with SCU for about 9 years now and in the beginning it was smooth and accurate. THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE A 2.9 RATING. If you are looking into this banking system, go somewhere else. US bank has a good banking system that is up to date and is way more accurate.

1 /5 Rocc Solid: -----Buyer beware. Bank of America in Ofallon says Scott Credits cashiers checks are suspicious and need to be held for days or possibly weeks. Think twice before dealing with these people. A lot of fraud according to Bank of America.
