2 /5 U K: Issues with communication and policy handling. The experience was not as smooth as expected. Requested policy changes were not correctly reflected in the documents, and there was confusion around billing for services that were believed to be cancelled. Reaching out for clarification didn’t lead to a clear resolution. More transparency and careful attention to customer requests would greatly improve the service.

Their staff have been professional and courteous and have answered the call to quickly assist with our insurance needs. You will not be disappointed with their service.
