I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.
