    Lily: Just wanted to share this is how you will be talked to by staff this is a sign they leave in they bathrooms, while yes I agree adults should clean up after themselves so shame on those that don’t but I don’t think that should be a reason to be hostile? The owner is usually chill but I think for the amount he’s charging it could go towards improvements on maintenance around the place and not just the spray painted walls. Overall, I just go there cause it’s chill and everyone keeps to themselves and you can meet cool people there. Repairs can be done though.

    Kory Sutton: Wild Bunch has been great for my kids. The owners and coaches go above and beyond. Its always been about making the kids better. Hard work and dedication makes for better players, but its also nice to see how kids come together to become a team.

    Ark teryx: They are a little pricey but it is a month to month, so you can cancel at any time (not locked into a year contract). You get a lot for the price and there is a lot of space and good amount of free weights and machines. I haven’t even used the pool or hot tub sauna options yet, so there is a lot for your money.

    yoad shefi: I have been going to Redefined Fitness for almost 3 years and highly recommend it! All the trainers I’ve worked with are truly excellent. Bob brought me back from a serious shoulder surgery and have been helping me gain strength. I have also been working with Travis on my core and mobility and with Corey on strength and conditioning. My teenage kids have been coming to Redefined as well and love it. Thanks to the Redefined trainers I’m now in the best shape of my life and stronger than I’ve ever been. Can’t recommend them enough!!

My sons needs are different than your typical 6 year olds needs and they had no worries at all having him be a part of their kids club team. He’s welcomed and cared for, spoken to and treated just like all the other littles and it warms my heart knowing he’s in safe hands with Lynn and Donielle while I workout! So thankful!
