Its a small place compared to most fraternal order of eagles that Ive been to or what I can remember of them. Ive not been to one in quite a while. Do you need to know someone who is notarizing a document who comes with valid identification and any other identifying documents to notarize a letter that simply states you are who you say you are? Makes no sense. I would have become a client based on their notary service alone.
