    Karalee Misner: This studio is THE place for buti yoga in Decatur. Adrienne is amazing and made me feel included, welcomed and comfortable from the very first time I tried it as a beginner. Her tribe is encouraging so fun to be around! The studio even includes special touches like essential oils and truth bomb cards after practice to keep you coming back for more! A must-try if visiting or looking for your home for yoga.

    Aaron Wilson: Bleachers seats are really hard!! Bring a cushion if youre coming to watch your kids play/practice. Decent gym but small The entrance is congested lots of people to brush by while entering and exiting, not at all covid friendly so recommend mask for safety with that number of people and building design

    Pat Strader: Exercise Coach is the most amazing place I have experienced. The results that I am seeing is unbelievable the most important being that I just had my yearly checkup at drs office and all my blood work was perfect and my cholesterol was lower than has been in over 20 years. I highly recommend Coach Exercise the trainers and owners are all terrific very helpful knowledgeable and makes exercising hard but pleasant. The most amazing part it’s only 20 minutes 3 times a week. I am 76 years old and I feel better than I have in years. Thank you Steve and Wendy for bringing this program to Edwardsville.

    Daniel Troyer: You will not find a better gym in the area for the money they charge. No contract needed and a very affordable monthly fee. No contract or sign up fee. The equipment is older and some of the benches are worn, but it is clean and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area for work like I am and already pay for a gym back home.
