1 /5 Miata28: Sad to say this place has fallen downhill... not the products, of course, but this specific Spencers has terrible customer service. I went in after work and they just kept following around and asking if I needed help. I had already told them a firm no, but they kept harassing me. They used to have nicer workers, do they just not work at all orrr what? They obviously didnt have anything better to do than to keep irritating me. stop stop stop i was already upset from work and they continued to ruin my time! i even think it was a manager. ughhh ended uo not getting anything for myself this is just really upsetting. they have such fake attitudes!!!!!

5 /5 flybobnumber 1: I love this place so much, me and my ex always go to the back of the store because how fascinated we are. The staff are really nice and kind, would recommend for anyone of all ages. When I go on my own, I always buy clothes there. 10/10. I go there at least 5 days a week, the staff pretty much know me. Anyway, best place to go to.

Tom Vowell: This is the best place to find exactly what your looking to buy. I wanted to get my wife some earrings for our anniversary. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They had to order them and when there was a problem with the shipper they ordered two more pair from another supplier for me to chose from and overnighted them. The delivery was running late and they were going to close but they told me they would stay until they were delivered. They kept in touch with text messages keeping me updated. When I went there they were exactly what I wanted. GREAT owners and GREAT customer service! I have nothing but good things to say about this store!

Their customer service is beyond incredible. A family run store that truly knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. My design choice was different from your typical ring, and I was worried that no one would be able to bring it to life. After my engagement ring came out perfectly, I had my custom wedding bands made here as well. Serkis is one of the most amazing artists around. I still can’t comprehend how he brought everything I wanted and more into this piece so perfectly. It took a little while to nail out exactly what I wanted, but they were so patient with me and so attentive and worked so diligently. I truly cannot recommend them enough.
