Chels: Had them for years and all of a sudden the automatic withdrawal wasn’t working correctly and they told me I missed 2 payments. I paid the payments in full almost $1,000 and they cancelled my policy. Then told me i could not reinstate my policy. Before this happened I referred my friend to them and crazy thing is they did the same thing to her! She had automatic withdrawal and they sent her a notice that an amount was past due so she paid it. They cancelled her policy. I don’t know what is going on here but I do not recommend this company!
