They do not allow follow ups for cancellations due to health issues. They think its a waste of company time. If an appointment is scheduled customers deserve a call for cancellation. Money driven to take advantage of public instead of helping those in need. Uses health insurance as a way to access and get information of alternate savings for other ulterior motives.

I’ve had a freak out moment with something that was destroyed.. next time we went into Tom’s office he had a replacement for me. I knew from then on he will insure us until we well.. don’t need insurance at all…. Well if heaven has insurance must be expensive… but I’m sure Tom will get them insured! Can’t say enough love you guys your office alway feels like home as well as talking on the phone it’s like calling that one family member you should call more but never do.. we’ll make it up here!! 1.
