1 /5 Jimbo Slice: Support local.... no thanks. I had 2 loans through them years ago... Paid off on time and one early. They never reported to any credit agency so I had to get additional loans at high interest to establish credit... I also had to co-sign for a loan for family... If you cant get a call back... Just wait for 1 day late.... They will harass you. I wont EVER give them my business again.

Douglas Dorris: Tried to call to get simple information on making a wire transfer, and the recorded phone tree is almost impossible to navigate through in order to talk to a human. The computer insisted three times that I provide an account number or social security number before transferring me (I am not an established customer). And, the wait was about 15 minutes. Not a conducive business model. I assume this is not the choice of the local branch, but upper management should be made aware of this inconvenience.
