Kelly squeezed us in for two permanent bracelets even though we called the day of and on the same day as the opening day of her new location! She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things!     Andrew Woodburn: ⸻ I purchased a Pandora tennis bracelet from the Joliet location in February as a gift, thinking I was buying a quality piece from a reputable brand. After only a few months of occasional wear, the clasp became noticeably loose. When I brought it back to the store to exchange or have it repaired, I expected some level of understanding and support. This was on august 27th. Both the manager and employee were extremely rude like it was out fault it was faulty. Instead, I was given the runaround. I was told it might simply be “normal wear and tear” and reminded that it’s “just regular jewelry” That comment in particular was incredibly dismissive and left me questioning why I had chosen Pandora in the first place. Thinking pandora was well better quality than Claire’s. To me, Pandora has always marketed itself as a step above fast-fashion jewelry—something with a reputation for quality and durability, not something on par with what you’d pick up at Claire’s. But I bet if I bought a similar item from them it wouldn’t have broken. So from now on I’ll only be buying “regular jewelry” from Claire’s then since I should expect pandora items to just be regular jewelry. The way this situation was handled not only undermined my confidence in the product itself but also in the customer service I thought I could count on. I truly expected more from a brand like Pandora. This experience has me second-guessing future purchases, and I think others deserve to know how issues like this are treated.

    Ana Varsan: Bad experience at all, don’t recommend. If you don’t want to lose your money and destroy your real gold jewelry. I took my real 14k gold Bracelet and after 1 week it turns in black color where they add their own “real” gold to repair my bracelet. When I come back to their horrible store he told me that I don’t have to put in salt water like pools for example. Are serios ,real gold doesn’t turn in black in any types of water , I’m wearing this Bracelet for 10 years and never turns in black now after 1 week , black - only fake gold but I paid for real 14 k gold.
