1 /5 Candice Silverthorn, Realtor: Very disappointed with a workers comp case. 5 years and 3 lawyers later, all the three lawyers (first 2 quit the firm) would hang their hat on was the surgeon from OSF wouldnt do a deposition without a subpeona. They wouldnt subpeona him. They were never concerned about maximum medical improvement (MMI), and they said it didnt matter about continual medical treatment. They also only cared that he retired early and wasnt working and that he would only ever get a low settlement.
