1 /5 Chels: Had them for years and all of a sudden the automatic withdrawal wasn’t working correctly and they told me I missed 2 payments. I paid the payments in full almost $1,000 and they cancelled my policy. Then told me i could not reinstate my policy. Before this happened I referred my friend to them and crazy thing is they did the same thing to her! She had automatic withdrawal and they sent her a notice that an amount was past due so she paid it. They cancelled her policy. I don’t know what is going on here but I do not recommend this company!

I am always changing out vehicles on my policy (my husband always changing trucks) and she always takes care of everything without being rude or annoyed. I would highly recommend her to anyone who ask.

They know the difference between true , caring service focused on a positive outcome and/vs just getting a potential or current client “hooked” on the next set of charges . Finally , they are very busy (great sign) , absolutely multi task; in such a way that I have always known I was a priority, even when I used not to be the best of a client - stubborn , not appreciative, demanding etc. - but never once did I hear a negative comment. It’s outstanding understanding and effective service . Please give them an honest look - the premiums are better than most and/or beat coverage limits, deductibles, out of pocket, discounts etc, that have ALWAYS out-quoted Progressive, The General, and such , which I consider very dangerous companies as there are always fine print and loopholes and they apply instance increases by 30% on the very next quote period even if you have no changes to policy nor driving history .
