The programs are straight forward, clearly demonstrated, and well organized - but as challenging as you want to make them. The trainers are excellent people that obviously know what they are doing, but are a lot of fun to work around. They consistently give feedback on form, technique, and input to help improve what you are looking to do. Definitely not a cookie cutter approach. I highly recommend Thrive to anyone that is looking for training in a group setting that is still personalized to you.

Josh Broadhurst: Ive been working out with Chris for a few years now! Hes my favorite exercise instructor. Chris is super knowledgeable about the body, and he always has an engaging and challenging plan prepared for each session. I started out with him in-person when he opened his studio in Batavia and then switched to biweekly (twice a week) sessions online when COVID decided to ruin everything - everything except my workouts with Chris! Ive gained muscle and strength, made noticeable improvements to my flexibility, and I feel healthy and great about myself. Thanks Chris!

Derek Bus: Rebellion has great classes for people of all ages and capabilities. They have a flexible class schedule led by fun instructors who will keep you engaged! The classes fly by and I always feel like I had an amazing workout. Recommend trying the classes for a month. Much better than your classic gym as Rebellion has inspirational workouts to help you build muscle and get a great cardio workout. Five stars!

Eagle Brook Country Club - Geneva

Almasa Burnell: EVERYTHING about my experience with Eagle Brook for my wedding day was tremendous. From our first visit, to the walk throughs prior to the wedding, to the rehearsal dinner, to finally the actual day of our wedding. I am so happy to have chosen them for our special day. Madison Goldman was our venue coordinator and I could not praise her enough. She really understands everything that goes into planning a wedding and was so helpful for all the questions and concerns I had. I loved my experience with her so much that I am actually so sad its over and I cant just be her friend in normal life!! Madison and Eagle Brook are 10/10 and I highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding in the Chicagoland area!

Madison Kassaros: Prana is my favorite yoga place in the St. Charles Geneva area! Every instructor here is fabulous. My favorite class is the sculpt and tone tags class and I typically see either Page or Jenny. Every class is uniquely different and challenging every time. I absolutely love coming here rather is starting my day or finishing my day I feel great after.
