5 /5 Tyris Brooks: Amazing gym. By far the best gym Ive ever been to and Im 50 years old, so that says a lot. The staff is amazing, the equipment is well maintained. When something needs repaired they are quick to get it done and any requests you make they are amazing to try and cooperate with any issues youre having.

5 /5 Ahimsa42: Edge Naperville is the best gym by far i have ever worked out at in my 40+ years of weight training. they have every piece of equipment one could ask for and more. the place is kept immaculate and there is never any high pressure sales tactics for trainers or supplements. along with all of that, the monthly price is the best around. i am moving to DeKalb but will continue to work out at the Naperville location because i have not found another place which even comes close to a gym with such outstanding facilities.

5 /5 Dee Sil: One of the Best gyms I’ve been to! They greet you all the time when you come in and acknowledge you as you leave. The “Cleanest” gym I’ve been to. (Was a member for 10 years at Lifetime Fitness). The best part that the other gyms Don’t offer are smoothies for purchase as well as energy drinks and protein bars etc. Nice individual bathrooms stalls-great showers, but wish they offered shampoo and body wash like most gyms, so make sure to bring some. What gym has a huge movie theater!? This gym does! One thing I would suggest is a cycling bike. They have other bikes nothing for spinning. They offer group classes, additional classes for purchasing and personal training…as well as child care for families who need it. Great equipment wish they had a climbing ladder that would be great. The Best part I almost forgot is they offer a separate gym area for women to workout in (upgrade). Other than that what more can you ask for the price is Great!

1 /5 Leonel Peña: Terrible customer service. I had to threaten to sue them when I canceled my son’s account in this gym because they wanted to charge me a double extra fee for it. They also wanted to charge me an extra month even though I canceled well in advance. Plus they wanted to charge $60 for leaving. I said NO WAY. I fought because it was a scam. They kept me going around in circles for several days until I even spoke to the gym manager. They tried to act smart, but it backfired because they got involved with a lawyer. Obviously I WON. However, they have a terrible customer service. Here you have your deserved 1 star. Guys, be careful with this gym. ABOUT YOUR ANSWER: I needed to fight to have my customer RIGHTS and I won. But you have an awful behaviour with cancellations. See your reviews. Stop SCAMMING people when they are trying to leave your gym. You will dissappear as a company if you continue treating customers just as money.

5 /5 Ashley Rigney: We really enjoy Edge Fitness Clubs! We have been with the club since it opened! We love it there! One of the MAIN reasons we attend Edge is the childcare area. The staff is always super polite and welcoming! We have never had any issues with any of the staff members. Although, some kids scream and cry, the staff notifies the parents, and they dont just ignore them. Coach Mandy has been implementing new games the kids love and print out coloring sheets when asked by the kids. All coaches are great and our kids really enjoy their time there.
