Crane Jewelers, Ltd. - Seattle
Hanz Atia: I had the absolute best experience buying an engagement ring here. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, and really excited about the older rings they had to offer. I ended up finding the perfect one here— it’s a 1918 ring in perfect condition. Kevin Crane really made buying this ring an experience, he told us the history of the ring as well as the way he came to be a jeweler, and he took the time to talk to us about a modifications I wanted to make, swapping out the diamond for an emerald. He also designs jewelry and his own work is fantastic as well! He is a true artist in his work, I can’t say enough about how gorgeous this ring is and the amazing work he did on it.
Mejuri - Seattle
Brenna Shie: I wish I was better at getting everyone’s names, but love the location. Started coming initially because I had some broken chains so pendants that had no home and they were more than helpful multiple times. Even on sale days I came in while it was busy and they were able to help me look for the type of earrings that suit me best. I love my Mejuri earrings for daily wear. I really wanted a new pendant for the chain I bought there initially (holding up beautifully after a couple years and it’s quite petite. I got a beautiful heart pendant and an initial pendant. He had me try it on and I tried the pendant on the chunkier chain I was wearing and it also fit beautifully (useful that it has a generous bale). He packages it up beautifully, and I stopped in today for a chain extended to give it more room (awesome price for 14k). The staff always are helpful with my questions even when I shop in for a quick one or a longer one and clean my Mejuri items while I’m there (my pendant was so shiny!). Recommend for jewelry needs (been going long enough I feel it necessary to finally review).
T. Anthony Jewelers - Kirkland
David Katsandres: T. Anthony Jewelers did an amazing job for us! We worked with Andrea to design an engagement ring and wedding bands, and she was awesome. The emerald in our ring is stunning, and everything turned out just perfect. The attention to detail really made a difference. We also got a custom mens wedding band from them. The first version wasnt quite what we were looking for, but they were able to work with their vendor to have it modified for free, and it turned out perfect! Even though we moved an hour and a half away during the process, they were super accommodating, shipping the rings back and forth without charging us for it. They also took care of the appraisals and helped us navigate insurance. I would highly recommend T. Anthony Jewelers to anyone. They made the whole process stress-free and really fun. They made us feel well taken care of, and were super happy with our rings. Big thanks to Andrea and the whole team at T. Anthony Jewelers!
Ben Bridge Jeweler - Tukwila
Seung pyo Hong: I had an outstanding experience at this Rolex boutique. (Ben Bridge Jeweler)From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and valued. My sales associate, Will Lawrence, was absolutely exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was explained clearly and that I found the perfect watch. The manager and the rest of the s taff were equally impressive, offering warm hospitality and expert guidance throughout the entire process. Their passion and dedication to providing world-class service truly set this boutique apart. This was by far the best luxury retail experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this location highly enough. I look forward to returning in the future and will gladly recommend Will Lawrence and the team to anyone considering a Rolex.
Jared Jewelers - Tukwila
Michael Larson: Aimee is the gal to talk to when you’re looking for an engagement ring! She was thoughtful and made sure I got the one that I was looking for. She walked me through the whole process and I didn’t feel pressured or pushed into something that was just “ok”. I’d recommend her any day for my future purchases! Thanks again!
Zales - Tukwila
Ara Camara: Went to Zales in southcenter mall for a trade up. Chrissy and Vickie took very good care of me. Their customer service was top notch and they didn’t treat me like I had nothing.
Marlows Fine Jewelry - Issaquah
Liew Saechao: I can’t thank Debbie enough for her help with our engagement ring and wedding bands. She was always so patient, kind, and communicative while we went back and forth on what we liked and didn’t like to help us find our ring. She listened patiently and even ordered rings to the shop so we could try them on in-person and find just what we were looking for. We love our rings and would come back for any of our jewelry needs. I highly recommend going to Debbie if you’re looking for rings as well.
Bellevue Rare Coins - Issaquah
Kim: I was running late and got to the store about 5:20 pm and they closed at 6:00pm. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and I had quite a bit of stuff for her to look at. We got through part of it and I will be going back tomorrow to finish what I have. The staff was super friendly and I appreciated the security that they have for their store. Great experience and a wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!
RION Jewelry - Kirkland
Courtney Sholar: Everyone was so kind and helpful in picking out my jewelry for my new stacked piercing! Sarah is an excellent piercer and explains everything to help you feel most comfortable. So glad to have found this store. I will definitely be back!
Prestige Jewelry - Tukwila
P Tysal: My bf went to Prestige Jewelry to get my diamond ring set. The ring came back with the diamond off-centered, prongs crooked and not actually enclosing the diamond, plus dents/cuts on the gold of the prongs. Because of the terrible job, he then took it to Eddie’s to get it fixed. The second time the diamond did look more centered, but there’s still a huge gap between the prong and the diamond. After we dropped the ring off, Prestige messaged us saying that the initial job was actually done through Eddie’s, who they contract with. When I spoke to the jeweler who set my diamond, he admitted the diamond was set crooked the first time, but said he couldn’t fix the gaps because the little diamonds on the prongs would fall out. I don’t understand why anyone would touch fine jewelry if they can’t do the job — do a crappy job, and then hand it back to the customer — instead of being honest upfront and saying, “this is going to be the outcome, do you still want to proceed?” That way, the customer can make the choice before their diamond and ring get messed with. On top of that, he told me, “if this semi-mount was customized to the ring then we could do it.” It IS customized — here are the measurements on the diamond reporting and CAD. Still, he insisted that if they touched it again, the small diamonds would fall out. He kept repeating that the diamonds would fall out — but that’s just an excuse. I even attached photos of a marquise diamond ring set in the exact same semi-mount from the same vendor — little diamonds on the prongs and all — and as you can see, it was set beautifully with no gaps. Clearly, it can be done properly if the jeweler has the skills. If they had been upfront from the beginning and we went to a jeweler who actually knew what they were doing, we wouldn’t now be trying to find someone else to fix this mess — all while we’re trying to get engaged with this ring. Please don’t go to Eddie’s or Prestige (until they stop contracting through Eddie’s).
