King James: I highly recommend this gym! Amazing community and culture. Great indoor and outdoor facilities. This gym is very diverse with its the fitness sections it offers. CSFC offers power lifting areas, free weights and machines but also has outdoor calisthenic training areas for the summer. The number one thing for me is hospitality And cleanliness! When I signed up I was given a very detailed tour and shown how clean it is, i a was also welcomed by everyone. Sign up now I guarantee you won’t regret it. Ask for Alex or summer both are great people and are always looking to help.

Acxel Rivas: This gym is very good and they give out free waters. They also don’t make you pay a lot for subscriptions. This gym is honestly the best one in joliet, and they also have a lit of variety’s of weighs and they also have a massage room. Please visit this gym for only $5 per month!

Coach Sam: I love everything about this gym. From the variety of equipment and resources (steam room, pool), their kind and caring staff, affordable monthly price, and so many classes are included in your membership (cycling, yoga, swim). I love Denises cycling class; she has the best energy, plays great music, and kicks our butt everytime. Im a marathon runner and planning to pursue a triathlon in the near future, but my swimming needs some help; so I also recently started swim lessons here with Jill (again, very affordable prices), and she has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with me. They pool is large, clean, and a very comfortable temp. I highly recommend checking out Inwood Athletic Club. You can even try it 1 week free (thats what I did before joining). I really think youll find what you need here for your wellness needs.

Teresa Flores: This is the best gym in Joliet, really good cheap membership, I didn’t have 30-40 dollars to go into planet fitness or vasa so I like this gym is cheap and it’s very amazing, I like the sports bar it’s very chill and comfortable.

Joe Alabaugh: I recently found this gem of a gym out here in Shorewood after recently leaving my last gym due to increased fees and decreased operating hours. This place is great because its never over crowded and it is open 24 hours, so you never have to worry about getting a workout in before closing time. The owner is the real deal and lives fitness 24/7. Anything you need assistance with in your fitness journey, he can help. Highly recommend this place. You cant go wrong here.

Life Time - Romeoville

Neil Andrew: Had a membership here for 2 years so I’ve seen almost everything this gym has to offer. The gym has many amenities and has more than enough equipment except for missing a few one off machines like a hack squat. However, the price of this gym is absurd and has nearly doubled since I joined the gym. I left this gym about a year ago and went to VASA and now pay 10 times less per month and get nearly the same experience. Lifetime is great, but they try to charge a premium price without providing much that differentiates them from a gym like VASA or LA Fitness. One month at lifetime is not worth 10 months at any other gym so save your money and go elsewhere.
