1 /5 Matthew Chaney: Unfortunately can’t give a negative review. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. My car window was busted out and my ignition was damaged and it took three weeks to get a check and now the dealership it was sent to sent their estimate which was more and now this insurance company is expecting me to wait even more time so they can do their slow as possible process when they should’ve had sent someone out that actually went through the car and seen what was wrong instead of just being here less than 5 minutes taking pictures and that was it. Plus they have a 24/7 but yet you can’t get ahold of anyone on the weekends since this company thinks accidents and other things can’t happen to your car on the weekends. Three weeks and my car is still just sitting and they expect it to sit even longer.
