1 /5 April Mathes: NO COACH SUPERVISION!!!! Kids play in a play place like they are at McDonalds with no coaches watching the kids. Kids trying to work on passes and get told no cause there is no coach cause the coach is on her phone. Kids are running all over, even seen kids walk outside by themselves no adults with them. They talk about other gyms and about other kids to other adults and kids. Larry and Anita ran this gym way better and its sad to see it go down hill.

My boys went from being not very flexible at all and unable to hardly do a cartwheel to full stretching, back handsprings and now they’ve help him discover his love of the double mini and trampoline competitions too! Couldn’t ask for a better place to send my kids!

They have towels too I think for cleaning the workout machine after you use it. And I think they have a little room for something in there, its really pretty, Ive seen it though a window, I might be wrong and this room could be from somewhere else, enjoy stark.

Marcia Williams: Was there for a wrestling tournament. The facility is very nice and we were able to see most of the action. A couple of the mats we hard to see. Also there are so many stairs to climb to get to seats.

Elizabeth Griffith: I went in with severe left shoulder pain related to a recent surgery which resulted in the removal of some muscle tissue. Keelin introduced me to dry needling. It was amazing!! With that and the appropriate exercises, my shoulder was feeling better after a few treatments. I was having trouble sleeping. I slept 7 hours the first night! Keelin and Josh are both very personable and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going there for therapy and will again if needed. Thank you.

Matt Landis: If I could go lower I would. My son bought a year membership. Shortly after that he had a brain aneurysm and has spent the last 8 months in and out of rehab and hospitals. We have continually ask to Please hold off on taking any monthly payment until he can recover from this condition. This place feels that taking 25 a month is more important than waiting till he can continue back at the gym. Shame on you. I will let everyone know what kind of caring place you are.
