5 /5 Bret Chilcott: Truck Centers and the team provided exceptional service and far exceeded our expectations. The Manager Ms Dee was able to get us and out Tiffin in at 7:00 am Saturday. We had blown an air spring in the front which caused us to stop our trip until it could be repaired. The Tech Ray quickly diagnose the cause of the problem. However, the original part number for the motorhome was not readily available. Cris, the parts manager work to try to find the part. None were available. However, he researched and determine that there was a suitable air spring on the shelf that they could make work by swapping out an air fitting. Ray put the new part on and we were quickly on our way down the road to Kentucky. This shop is a well oiled machine. D the manager has a great team and everyone cares about customer service. We highly recommend truck centers for anybody that needs help especially with their motorhome.

5 /5 Trucker Rob: This place is awesome because it’s open till 10 PM. Had to stop in and get a new transponder for my company. Service Desk was super friendly and they’ve got a trucker lounge upstairs and a couple of showers, a laundry room just in case you’re getting maintenance done on your truck. Great experience. They also have free shuttle rides and a list of DoorDash restaurants that bring food here..

5 /5 Anthony Fleege: I had a transmission drive by wire module go out the day I was leaving on a trip in my RV. My local dealer couldn’t locate the part. I called the Mt. Vernon truck center and they located the part and it would be in at 7am the next day. I was there the next day at 7am and so was the part. I was back on the road by 9:30am that day. Helpful staff and very caring. Kept me informed and made sure my problem was a priority for their parts staff. Thank you for your great service and staff.

1 /5 Cody Hanning: . I was interested in a 2015 glider kit they have with 70k on a oh I called talked with Randy in sales and worked out a deal on a trade and I got my own financing. I sent a picture of the certified bank check i run dedicated so I had to take the week off to go trade I was reassured the truck was not beat up and mechanically in great shape. I asked for a few things to be done at my expense to which they hadnt done anything when i got there so I could get back to work. Randy texted me Monday morning to see when Id be there I informed him I was at the drury inn he came over without letting me know and took pictures of my truck and had it listed. The glider kit with only 70k on a oh needed motor mounts.. the torque rod bushings replaced.. the nut holding the yoke on was only hand tight. The front diff was low on oil and the power steering dipstick wouldnt come out .The backup lights did not work. The doors have corrosion and the hood has a big crack in it. And the windows in the sleeper are cracked They werent willing to fix anything so I ended up not buying it. Good luck to whoever does buy it.
