Julie Kruger: I have put a lot of thought into what I should say in my review of Mr. Carmen and I am at a loss for words on how I can express my experience. In the 9 months Mr. Carmen was the attorney for my dad’s Estate he spoke to me once. I was told to make an appointment and come in to discuss my duties. When I was there he seemed very annoyed that we were bothering him with something so simple. Because I had never done anything like this before, I was hoping for guidance. I wasn’t able to get any information from him and was extremely disappointed. I paid quite a bit of money for his advice and guidance and received nothing from him except his filing of papers to the court. I feel as if the secretary should have been the one getting the payment because she was the only one answering my questions. I wanted to do the best job I could at what role had been given to me and after talking with other professionals I felt there were things that were not properly handled. Please take into consideration my comments before making a decision on what attorney to hire.
