5 /5 Larissa Lopez: Overall Ive had good and bad experiences with Us Bank. However the Dixon IL branch, specifically Nicole (banker), have changed my experiences for the better. I received wonderful customer service from her. I feel respected and valued as a person when I go here or call, and theyve been incredibly helpful with any issue Ive had. I cant recommend this branch enough!
