Billingsley Kathy - Rushville lisa bartulis: The worst tax experience I’ve had. Overpaid 1,700.00 between state and federal. Said she mailed corrected paperwork, didn’t send and three weeks later still trying to get it and not make the hour drive. Now she blames on post office. Office helper was rude on phone, blew me off. Thank God I had her cell number so I could get through about problems but she doesn’t seem to care at all. Be glad when all is straightened out, learned my lesson. Also I had money coming back, hard telling when I’ll get it. They sure took all the money I didn’t owe . Like I said, lesson learned. I don’t recommend this service
