1 /5 Jacob C: Called about having them help with deed transfer and filing,was referred to Bill who isnt in before 930, leaves for an hour lunch a couple hours later, and when I was finally able to speak with him refused to tell me if what I was asking for was the correct way to do the filing, telling me I would need to pay them the $200 to even get him to tell me if what I was asking for was what was needed for the transfer. Called another office and got the help I needed without hassle. Very rude, very unhelpful.
