1 /5 Barret Haskins: Mr. Thomas comes across as a competent, if somewhat bumbling man. His charm quickly fades as you work with him. He starts to forget his work. I personally had to go to his office unannounced on two occasions and check to make sure progress on my case was being made. His incompetence and lack of any sort of initiative has cost me nearly four thousand dollars over the last few months.
