5 /5 Larry Recar: Recently went to the Murphysboro location and the branch manager Went above and beyond for the customer in front of me to make sure that they were Satisfied. She then did the same for me and I have to say I’ve never been happier with customer service.

5 /5 Ashley Hale: My husband and I have been clients of Woodsforest bank for years now, we have always been greeted with a smile and amazing customer service as soon as we walk in the door. The staff are very polite and professional. The manager Jessica is a very kind person she always helps us when we have questions to ask about our account or anything else to do with our banking needs. She tries her best to always answer questions with care and she is very professional! I appreciate everyone who has helped us with any of our banking needs. I would refer anyone to Woodsforest national bank.

5 /5 iAmLadyMuzik: I had been looking for a bank to do business with that I feel I could trust and originally went to this location in Murphysboro Illinois to cash a check and upon meeting and interaction with staff members, I felt very comfortable with their establishment. Sometimes ppl are going through hard times in their lives and just a little kindness can brighten someone’s day and not only did I receive kindness but detailed information on banking with them. The bank Mgr. Jessica Bond and Retail Banker Briez Opal were awesome and made me feel very welcome. I have to say it’s the cutest little bank I’ve been in and I left a happy New Customer and plan to tell others in my family. They have a variety of great banking options. Lol I call it “The Best Lil Bank in Murphy”.

5 /5 Jared Hines: I showed up near closing time just to get info on what i needed to open an account. both Briez and Alec insisted it was fine to help me, they both stayed after close to help me finish setting up my account. amazing customer service you should be happy to have them as employees!
