"Stan" was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldnt have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. Im sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.
