5 /5 Alisia Rodriguez: Signed up for a free first class to try them out. I am 4 months postpartum and ready to start getting my body in better shape than it was pre-pregnancy. Not going to lie, the lower body workout kicked my butt! New to the area and never tried group fitness classes, and I was so nervous, but everyone I encountered was super welcoming and supportive. Marybel, the owner, was very attentive, friendly and supportive while being able to run the class on her own. The class was motivating and the kick start I needed. Warning, you will feel it the next day, but totally worth it. Already signed up for another drop-in class and love the flexibility of the early morning, and for me, the 4:45 am classes. Already looking to make this a routine and my regular spot. Take it from a busy mom of 3 kids working full-time and having a jam-packed schedule and breastfeeding, I was able to make this work, and if you do you wont regret it!
