Nuradyl Rysbaev We had a very disappointing experience with Reds Truck Repair Inc., specifically with Jacob in the parts department. He sold us a defective part, and when we returned to resolve the issue, he refused to refund or exchange it. Even worse, his attitude was shockingly unprofessional — he told us directly that he “doesn’t care” about our concerns.
Not only was the part faulty, but we later discovered we were charged nearly double and given what appears to be a used part sold as new. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business, especially one dealing with critical vehicle repairs.
Customer service was non-existent, and the lack of accountability is a serious red flag. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this shop. If you need reliable parts and honest service, look elsewhere.

Daniel Haight II Unprofessional service department.
I was referred to Reds by a shop i have been using for several years that was unable to help with the vehicle i need serviced. Reds would not even let me explain what i needed done or even listen past me saying that the vehicle is privately owned. They seem to have no interest in small clients and definitely want nothing to do with privately owned vehicles. they didnt even give me a chance to tell them the vehicle info (year, make and model).
I do understand that at this time of the year (Harvest time) they may be rather busy with their farm and larger fleet customers, and i would have been more than willing to wait for them to have an opening to bring the vehicle in to be looked at / serviced. But i would have expected much better from a shop that came as highly recommended as they did.
Hopefully they will change this at some point. Or at least take a minute or two to recommend another shop like the one who told me to give them a call.
