Once in, I can not say enough about Jesse and the team they have there . They treated me in a very professional manner. But yet it still felt like the neighborhood shop. While the vehicle was in for service Jesse and his team. kept me Informed with any updates or issues that occurred. Good people good service.

David Rennie Bring your vehicle here when you need ANYTHING done. Recently hit a deer in my truck, was referred here by a friend, called them up and was able to bring my truck in the same day. Jesse was very personal and professional every time we talked. Explained everything in detail and was already familiar with dealing with my insurance company. They had my truck for a couple weeks and during that time I was kept up to date with frequent phone calls both from me and from him. Just picked my truck up and the quality is amazing. They had to color match a new hood and fender and it looks PERFECT and I couldnt be happier. And to my surprise they also detailed my truck inside and out. recommend this shop for any work you need done.

Kimberly Breier Was in a car accident and got rear-ended so I took my car to Quality Collision. Although the other drivers insurance was paying for the repairs, Jesse and the staff were so friendly and extremely professional. Jesse set a realistic timeline and finished the day he said he would. He called me at the end of his day and waited a few minutes after closing for me to arrive. He did an amazing job and even detailed my car. I know a lot of places will do that but you can tell my car was in very capable and considerate hands! Not to mention, they had Enterprise drop off my car and had all the paperwork ready for me. And when I dropped the rental back off, they took the keys and even tried to call them to let them know I brought the car back. Hopefully I wont have to use them again... at least for a while but I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing body repair. Patrick Bourgeois Brandon was able to identify a lifter issue in our 2016 Suburban where the Chevy dealership themselves were “1000% convinced it was NOT the lifters.” Brandon had to figure a way to identify the issue with less than 3 seconds because the vehicle would tick on a cold start for about 3 seconds, after that no chance until it cooled completely. This is not the first time he and his team were able to identify challenging problems with our vehicles, I typically do all the service on my wife and I vehicles but when I’m stumped, I take it to Brandon at Shelby’s. Highly recommend them! You may have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get on their schedule, for good reasons. Everyone trusts them so they are booked out!

Russ Davis Service was very good. Only complaint I have is in your inventory in stocks. I was purchasing 4 tires and I had only 1 choise these were the only 4 tires in my size in stock. They were also the most expensive tire. Could have waited a day and had a less expensive set shipped in but I needed the tires before an upcoming trip. I am however pleased with the experience.
