If you want to know the whole story of salvation, please come with an open heart and mind. Jesus never disappoints. Praise, worship and preaching, all based in and on the bible. Scarlett Justuno Great service for funerals.Has good space, bathrooms and a downstairs area for after services. The only thing is the parking isnt the greatest. The pastor did amazing we were very happy with the over all outcome.

Mindy Fredenburg After visiting this church, I told the friend I was with that if I ever had to relocate to Ottawa, I would have already found my church: On arrival, two nice gentlemen welcomed us and struck up conversation. Then the pastors wife welcomed me and we made some mutual connections (even though Im from several states away!) Other church members started conversations, and were authentically friendly. Thats a point I want to make, other reviews expressed this as a friendly church, but its not a glossed over pleasantries type of friendly. I saw genuine eagerness to share who they are and desire to get to know who I was. Its a group of people that are authentically living out their faith in loving others. The worship team was wonderful and such a breath of fresh air. As someone who is tired of church becoming a private viewing of people trying to play rock band, having several singers (and a pianist) singing hymns in a way that drew the entire congregation together brought an experience of worship that I rarely get to experience. Without a doubt I know God was pleased with our praise that day, and not only did we connect with Him, but we did so in a way that drew us together. The message that day was on a pretty tough topic to preach on, and the Pastor there has my utmost respect. What a relief that there are still churches preaching the true gospel, referencing scripture and not being ashamed about it. Although the Pastor is relatively new, hes a great speaker, well organized in his progression of thought, and I learned a lot (he chocked EVERYTHING into that sermon, the note margin in my bible is FULL from that sermon, lol). After the service, people lingered, and wanted to chat which was wonderful, and invited us to their weekday prayer meetings, and wished us safe travels home. Overall, Im at a loss why this church isnt full. If you want authentic worship, bible based preaching, and true fellowship, then this is your spot.

We had a meeting with Vickie and everything went very fast and they helped pay a good portion of r Ameren IP. As did the Salvation Army paid some also and The Servants Heart also paid a portion of r Ameren IP bill Sonya was extremely so helpful she made a kinda embarrassing situation like it was no problem she made us feel like normal people when sometime you dont get treated like that at all when your in a bad situation sometimes they look at you why now and its already embarrassing enough but all 3 of The Businesses we extremely happy to help and everything went so snooth and fast. So to Tri-County, The Salvation Army and The Servants Heart we appreciated all they did for us and are very Thankful for all thel Generosity. Thank You all for helping us when we really needed it.

Pastors are supposed to care for their flock, yet not one phone call or visit to Streator to see him. I’m very dissatisfied with the lack of Christianity and love for its long time followers that should exist among Christian’s.

American Artists This is my favorite church in the Ottawa area. Been going here for over 15 years. Very nice and easy-going people to talk to. Very friendly community Church. The message from the pastor has always right on and always relates to me personally.
