Ascending Spirit This is a really good biblical church. Lots of prayer lots of worship. Pastor teaches directly from the bible. Very Jesus centered. Really great friendly people good fellowship.

Derek & Bethany Weipert Grew up in this church. They are a very welcoming and open to anyone from anywhere. My husband did not grow up going to church and immediately said it felt like home and the members felt like family. They have opened their doors to so many walks of life. The choir is fabulous with a mix of traditional and contemporary. The pastor is well rounded and relatable. Service is a little early for most but if you are willing to wake a little early you will feel energized and wont be disappointed!

New Heart My wife and I have been in ministry for over 15 years, and we have been attending Word Of Life for 4 years since moving to the Quad Cities. I remember when we moved in to our home how Pastor Tanner and his mother-in-law and his wife and several other people were there to welcome us with food and to lend us a hand with the moving. Pastor Tanner has mentored me these past four years and I count myself richly blessed to have him pour into my life. He has taught me much about grace, patience, and the love of Jesus Christ. The church family at large are also very welcoming, helpful, and loving as well. We are very happy indeed to call Word of Life our home church.
