Stephen Herrmann I guess Bruce the owner saw me coming. I handed him a $38,000 diamond and two 1/2 carrot diamond studs. I then purchased an engagement ring setting and had him set the diamonds. When I went to pick it up I asked him if he would give me an appraisal. He said sure and it would be $300. I thought that was high but didnt say anything. The appraisal should have been somewhere between $75 and a $150. I would have loved to give him a great review but I feel he ripped me off and he did. It leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. I dont like getting ripped off nor should you. I am beyond disappointed.

I have gone to this pawn shop a total of 3 times and each time is a very rude and unprofessional experience. The sales associate who was at the counter my first visit, said to me, "we do not accept costume jewelry, none of the metals you have are real. He said that to me from about 10 ft away. My items were inside a baggie and he did not even look at the jewelry. I had marked gold and sterling silver. I have never experienced such rudeness, lack of knowledge of ones job.
