Abigail Sjostrom I’m obsessed. Spenga is the best well rounded workout balanced nicely with cardio, lifting and restoration. I feel challenged to push myself each and every class. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable and kind. Facilities are very clean and well kept. I love it so much.

Michael Clean, friendly, affordable, nice facilities. You can buy gift cards or a certain number of open gyms as well. They seem really big on pickleball on the courts now, but still plenty of open gyms for basketball. Locker rooms are nice and the workup equipment is good too.

Yana Mednikova The best! This place is incredible. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind, and the studio is always spotless. I had severe back pain that physical therapy couldn’t alleviate. After starting classes at the studio, I began to feel better within a month. Now, several months later, I’m pain-free. Highly recommend!

Rob Rob Definitely very entertaining and action packed once the game began. We bought the family deal with hot dogs, chips, and a pop included. Fun, local, and not too expensive. Free parking and large parking lots on both sides of the building. The main hallway was busy as there are two ice rinks, and they had other skating events going on in the second rink as well as the Chicago Steel game in the other rink. There is also a bar / restaurant you can enter once inside the main hallway. Many families with small kids were in attendance. We will definitely return and recommend as well.

Jess Spizz So glad I found LadyStrong Fitness! After searching for the right gym for years, I finally feel at home. It’s been 9 weeks and I feel stronger every day. I am not one who loves working out but know I need to especially as I age! The coaches are supportive, encouraging, and always show modifications for workouts. As a 50+ woman, this is important because my body does not move like it used to. I feel very comfortable in class. The other members are just as supportive and in the same boat, which makes every class even better. Great community, helpful nutrition support/group chats, and personalized data that shows real increases in muscle and decreases in fat. Seeing the results on paper as well as in the flesh is icing on the cake!

Madison Kassaros Prana is my favorite yoga place in the St. Charles Geneva area! Every instructor here is fabulous. My favorite class is the sculpt and tone tags class and I typically see either Page or Jenny. Every class is uniquely different and challenging every time. I absolutely love coming here rather is starting my day or finishing my day I feel great after.

Truth Warrior Yoga is spectacular. I enjoyed all my classes here. I’m a beginner and felt amazing after each class. I’m moving to the west coast and will truly miss Bloom. :)

Nicole Fromm I have been going to Pure Barre Geneva for 18 months and it is a great workout but an even better place! The teachers and staff are so kind and encouraging. They have great products and have some good sales at various times through the year. They are always having fun events and challenges. Best of all, they are welcoming to all shapes and sizes and you feel supported at every class. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add a fitness routine to create a healthy lifestyle!

He is welcoming and honest, and completely forthcoming about how hard it will be to meet your goals, but how hard he will work to help you get there. The pricing at Holm Studio reflects the absolutely professional and educated system that they embrace and I would recommend them to anybody.
