Gina Lambert Ive been training with Kris Kalmese for almost a year now, its the best move I could of made! When I first started there, I had hip, back and leg issues, along with a constant limp! Those are all history now! I highly recommend the Department of Health and Fitness to anyone of any age. If your serious about your health, this is the place for you! Kris is amazing and definitely gifted at what he does. He puts your needs and time first! His partner, Shaunn is a great asset to the program as well! He has passion and the right personality for the little ones.
