Tiffany Reid The Zone/EPOC Salem is such a great gym to be a part of. It’s clean, the staff are all nice and knowledgeable. Th EPOC classes are awesome and they fit anyone’s schedule with the times offered and everyone’s workout status, just getting started to gym superstar! I’m so thankful this gym came to our little town just over two years ago. It has been a hug blessing to not only me, but many many more. Great staff and coaches as well as supportive, family oriented, encouraging, friendly competition and much much more! If you haven’t been there and/or tried a class, you are missing out! Your first class is free, go try it out!!

Benjamin Trinkle Excelent boxing club! Training is top notch and plenty of equipment to use. They have hand wraps, gloves ect. to use if you dont have your own. So far has been worth every cent. I honestly started going for the workout, but the boxing is part makes it fun.

Kelley Stoker Predium Bloom Yoga Studio is a wonderful addition to our community. Having the space to practice yoga is very important to me. Sidney, Melanie and Andrea are great instructors that take the time to help guide participants and grow their yoga practice. I would highly recommend Bloom Yoga to anyone looking to get started in Yoga or continue their practice.
