1 /5 Danette Reed: The staff and management is RUDE ! the free parking ticket for first-time rewards players was not accepted at a garage I parked my car in ! the garage is located at 10 E Grand it has signs saying CASINO PARKING! the staff at Bally Casino would not validate my free parking pass , saying they stopped the contract with this garage in January 2025 ! thats not my problem! How am I supposed to know that ? I had to pay $60 to get out of that garage! I will be reporting this incident to the BBB immediately! I wont be visiting this Casino again!

5 /5 Marlo Phillips: My first time there. I went with family. Not bad at all. I’m not a gambler. I went for a family outing. I did win $120.00 and left immediately. The casino even validates parking, only if you sign up to receive promotions to your email but; hey I managed to save $60.00 at the parking garage. The entertainment with the live bands were wonderful. The atmosphere was great, except for the outside lurkers, just keep an eye outside, only for your safety. Inside the Casino, I can’t complain. The shrimp nachos were off the chain, ooooooh so delicious. The staff was really helpful, shout out to the older lady (staff member) who took the time to help us at the kiosk. She deserves a raise, wonderful spirit. Keep up the great work.

5 /5 Tom Feddor: I have visited Ballys casino in Chicago regularly for almost six months. While its a good casino laid out over three levels, its not great, but one only needs to know its temporary. Eventually, the permanent location will open in the River West neighborhood, which, Im sure, will be amazing! It took about a month for me to learn the layout and to find a few machines that I enjoy playing. I stop in a few times a week, and most of the time, I come out a winner. While this location could be better, its never too crowded, and the staff is always pleasant. I usually have a good time, and Im able to walk out the door with a few bucks. Ill reserve final judgment for the new, permanent location whenever that may open.

5 /5 Josh Shanks: Excellent casino in central Chicago. Players card was a breeze and good promotions. Table mins were $10-25 so reasonable.

4 /5 Jacqueline Munday: So funny after going to Las Vegas to come here and get bag checked as you walked in.. Its a small casino with a decent variety of slots. We only stayed 30 mins as we are not big gamblers. Hubby had a nice win considering he only put $20 in!
