5 /5 Amy Donnelly: I visited Eva’s the other night while Donna was working. She greeted me with a smile and offered me something to drink. She was extremely attentive with the guests and cleaned the machines in between each guest. We had a lovely conversation on my way out. I am a district manager for another gaming lounge, and I just wanted to say that Donna is exactly what I look for in a host and I will definitely be back to visit!

1 /5 Kathleen Winowski: Came here Friday night and I did not appreciate the hostess watching me play every time I got into a bonus. I enjoy the place, very clean, but I didnt ask for a cheerleader. Sometimes after a long week of work you want to come and destress and relax but I was unable to do that. I felt very uncomfortable, every time someones machine went off to signal a bonus the hostess was running into the game room and watching. Very unprofessional and annoying.

1 /5 Randy Oswengalle: I was there this morning, I was the only person playing in the corner minding my business and just relaxing. The morning girl is very kind and welcoming. I have been coming here atleast once a week because I enjoy the atmosphere but today I was disappointed. The morning girl was there and Im not sure what happened but someone was yelling at her and swearing. Not sure if that was a manager or owner but I dont appreciate the way she treated the young employee. Swearing at her and yelling is not professional especially when I ( the customer) was playing in the game room and could hear it. I dont know exactly what happened but a more professional way to do it would have been to take her outside and speak. As the older lady left after yelling the poor young employee walked passed me and I saw her crying to the bathroom. No one should be treated that way. I wont be back after seeing how the employee was treated especially since the young girl is very nice, attentive and welcoming. She did not deserve that.

1 /5 Victoria Aguilera: I love this place but not last night!! The guy that works a few nights plays this crazy music and it’s to loud! I feel like I’m at a bar! I asked him to turn it down and when I went outside and came back it was back being loud again! I’ll just keep going when Donna is there she makes your place fell like your wanted there! She’s definitely a keeper!! She’s always asking if you need anything and her music choices are great it makes a difference when your playing!
