Danette Reed: The staff and management is RUDE ! the free parking ticket for first-time rewards players was not accepted at a garage I parked my car in ! the garage is located at 10 E Grand it has signs saying CASINO PARKING! the staff at Bally Casino would not validate my free parking pass , saying they stopped the contract with this garage in January 2025 ! thats not my problem! How am I supposed to know that ? I had to pay $60 to get out of that garage! I will be reporting this incident to the BBB immediately! I wont be visiting this Casino again!
Carlos Suarez: The lady on nights is rude as can be and a total daralic of her sanitation responsibilities on nights and dont ask for a soda they wont have it or the customer service lady acts as if your asking her to do some repetative physical labor. Totally has turned into the worse gaming parlor in Jacksonville hands down. When I go to an establishment like this, to spend a nice chunk of change, I have expectations, being treated politely by customer service having soda stocked. I dont believe I have set the bar so high these trevil expectations cant be met.
Bridgette Torrence: The attendant never cleaned any of the machines after multiple people played on them...I had to speak up and say hey covid still exist so instead of sitting there giving your friends free liquor and monitoring the chips can you please sanitize the machines please...When I left he finally got up to wipe them down. That was my first time there and what an impression smh !!!
