1 /5 Sharon Hill: Stopped in today for the first time with a $10 match play coupon I received in the mail. The clerk looked at the coupon like it was a foreign object. Said he had to call someone & feel free to play. I wasn’t going to play any $$ until I knew the coupon would be honored. Waited over 15 mins with no resolution. With all the places available to play slots, this establishment lost 2 customers because they couldn’t part with $10. Never going back! If you advertise a coupon, make sure your employees know what the heck to do with them.

1 /5 Jessica Reguero: Came here wanted to have a good night night with a drink manager was rude asking what games I was playing I responded I needed a min to think the place smells terrible he was also rude to another customer that lost 60 dollars in the machine he now has to wait 2 hours just to get his money back sad I won’t ever come back again
