1 /5 Jim Edwards: Just got told to leave KD KATS before she calls the police on me. I asked how the machines were playing and got told to leave or she was calling the police. There was no one else in there so I left. This is no way to treat customers. I’m been going there for sometime and never had that happen.

1 /5 Amber Bohannan: They are part of the Five-star Rewards system where you check in and earn points. However, they will never let you redeem them. Two separate clerks told me they were "short" that day and wouldnt honor the $10 reward. So shady.

1 /5 Teresa Hayes: I have patronize K. D. For at least two years and have always had a good Relationship with the staff there. One week ago, I stopped in to play, but the sign was On the door Come back in five minutes. I noticed that there was a guy walking in the Parking lot, talking to himself and swinging his arms. so I left. I Ireturned about 20 minutes later but before I can get to the door the dayshift manager. Quickly opened it. stated she was having issues. And I couldn’t come in. This was not normal to me because normally She’s pleasant and friendly. I thought this was odd. Out of concern, Peoria Heights police told them of my Concern. They stated they would do a wellness check. Today I stopped in The same day shift manager was there. I was glad to see that she was there. But before I could ask, I was told that I was going to be arrested for filing a false police report. I was stunned and asked why? Then I was told to get out come back after five. I didn’t know if she was serious so I asked again are you for real? She then stood up and loudly told me again That I had to leave. My husband and I left. I was stunned. I went to the Peoria Heights Police Department, To inquire as why a false police report charge will be brought up against me. The officer quickly told me that was not true. The officer stated that he appreciates when citizens are alert and have concern for others. I called K.D. To get the number for the owner. The dayshift manager. She stated that The owner was aware of the incident. I reiterated that I did it out of concern for her safety And meant no harm. I told her that I was hurt by being put of out of a establishment. As a Health professional, A mother and Black woman, this was degrading to me. She proceeded to tell me that it was best that I left because she was going to scream at me . Then proceeded to hang up the phone!!! I hope that the owner sees this!! The way I was treated, Was uncalled for. She lied and she was rude. I will never patronize K. D. Again. I will be sharing this with all my social media friends and family To avoid This place!!!!!

1 /5 Marcia Edwards: The only reason for a one is because I can’t go lower or I would. The day shift manager is the worst person I have ever encountered. She is mean and nasty and has no respect for the customers. She is quick to assume things and accused me of going behind her back to the second shift person to cash out money I had coming. I dealt with her bad attitude once telling me she didn’t have the money in the register. I waited until the next evening and ask the Indian girl if I could cash out and she said yes and gave it to me. When I saw the so called day manager a few days later she said I went behind her back to get the money I had coming to me. If no money was to be paid out then she should have advised her second shift people not to do it. She basically told me to leave and not come back. I hope the owner reads this because she is loosing business for you. My husband and I will never come back. Don’t waste you time or money on that kind of behavior.
