Stacy Barnes: This is the best hotel and casino in the Midwest. It is superior to many of the Vegas casinos too. Hotel rooms are comfortable, classy, and well maintained. There are hundreds of different slot machines plus video poker, table games, a massive sports book, poker room, multiple restaurants, and bars. I do not recommend visiting on a Monday or Tuesday because nearly all restaurants are closed. Parking is free and -- best of all -- the entire complex is non-smoking except for one closed-off area.
Richard Hurley: Stayed here due to disability. Ease of parking and walking distance to casino games, no long hall, stairs or escalators. Problem was checking out. Needed a luggage rack to bring oxygen concentrator , portable oxygen and luggage down. None to be found. I called service desk she advised me to go from floor to floor look down halls for one. Still none to be found. It took me six trips up and down elevator while disabled husband waited in lobby. Then I got the car and make 6 trips from Lobby to car out front. I was exhausted and my husband was upset that he couldn’t help and it turned a great trip to disappointing one.
Fred Raap: The room was fine, the restaurants great but the slots sucked. They were extraordinarily tight with very little in wins. They werent really any fun at all as they wouldnt produce enough to enjoy playing for awhile. You go in looking for an enjoyable evening and wind up leaving a day early.
Welat İşineri: If you are looking for a terrible casino you should go to Maryland Perryville casino it is terrible in every way moreover you have to wait for minutes or even half an hour to cash out the ticket you bought from the slot machine because the money machines are broken and they line up people with only one employee and give them their money like that. If you want to waste your time this casino is the place to go
Wilberta Moring: Always a great experience I’m quite a regular sometimes I have a room with a king bed or two queens. I bring my children. They have lots of fun in the daycare area or the game room area. Great restaurants always great entertainment you can always catch a show or basketball game.
Brandi Gardner: ⭐ 1 Star
I spent $200 here and didn’t win a single thing—not even a small payout. While I understand these games involve risk, for that amount of money, there should at least be some level of entertainment or fair return.
To make matters worse, as soon as closing time hit, just abruptly told me to wrap up my game no chance to finish what I was doing—just lights off and rushed out the door. That’s not how you treat paying customers.
I left feeling extremely disappointed. For a business that relies on loyal players, this was a very poor experience. I will not be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a fair or respectful gaming environment.
