I was playing one of their games I won the bonus and immediately the game went into distress and required a attendant... it would not even pay out the winnings before the bonus. We waited 40 minutes for the attendant and he programmed the machine and waited then the game went into bonus and didn’t charge me the bonus rate for each roll it charged my full original bet amount so I had to deposit to play my bonus rounds and didn’t win 1 dollar in bonus I had to play for. When I protested the tech said that’s the way it goes this is Illinois . These people are liars and cheaters!!!
