5 /5 Teresa Garcia: Customer service is exceptional they always greet you when you first come in as well as offer you a drink or a snack. As soon as someone gets up from using a machine, they sanitize the machine. I enjoy coming here because the employees interact with me the whole Im here but also stay busy to make sure the place is clean and well stocked. Customer Service is their main priority.

SharkLover: Im only leaving a 2 star review because I used to go to different locations every other day or few days. Every Sunday was $1 mimosas. I loved it so much I would have several. Sometimes a few in the afternoon and several later on. I love the games and service is ok for the most part. But I used to only go for the mimosas. And now that they are ALWAYS full price ($7 per glass!!!!) I may choose not to go anymore.

Since the start of the pandemic, weve been gaming here and we havent done that bad. Not big wins, but not to many losses either. We both agree that Kolinkos manager (lady who tends the bar for majority of time, always has a smile) is such a friendly person and she does her best. customer services is good and our experience has been that our experience has been a positive one and I hope more people start to give this place a try. Youll find a very nice lady who tends majority of the time. Its a possibility that family will come and help her out by covering her Shift here and there. After this it cool to see them join in the fun and pay. come here often as the peopleyone is very welcoming. has been 4 star treatment

Beverly Baker: This establishment is always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the owner makes customer service and satisfaction his priority. It has a large, comfortable, private gaming section with several of the latest and most popular games, and a separate, fully equipped bar and beverage area. Coffee, water, fountain drinks and snacks are always available free of charge, as are elect pub style foods (upon request and for a nominal fee).

Rhiannon Gauerke: Last night was my first experience at this venue. I saw KESHA!! We had a great time! This is a great place with lots of seating available including under the awning, on the balcony (also under the awning), grass seats, and more specialized seats with your own server! Though we didnt sit on the balcony, it looked to me like there were bathrooms and bars on every floor. But the best part was when you sat down, you had space to sit and werent crammed in next to people (Im thick and really appreciated this). I also dropped my ID and decided to leave a message with the admin office. They called me this morning and I had it back in my hands before we even left. Not only did they go above and beyond for me, but the venue was beautiful, spacious, and clean. I never once waited in a line longer than 5 people. And of course, the show, which was sold out, was absolutely fantastic!!! I cant wait to come to this venue again. Here are a few photos ❤️
