5 /5 Mychael Pierce: I live in California and discovered WSOM on the internet while looking to purchase a Furch GNc 4-CR nylon string guitar in late 2023. Dealing with the owner Dave was a real pleasure. A few weeks after the guitar arrived it developed some hairline cracks on the finish no fault of mine. I contacted Dave and he made arrangements with Furch USA to have a new guitar sent to me before even receiving the faulty one. A few months later I ordered an Eastman AR 880 CE from him as well and just received it. Not only is Daves customer service top notch, but his prices are very competitive. Actually I found his prices on these two guitars could not be matched anywhere and shipping is free! I highly recommend WSOM for online purchases.

5 /5 Pete Ahlen: Because Im a lefty, I generally have to buy online -- a risky enterprise. Dave eased that worry. He understands that when walking into a big box store, us lefties dont have much to choose from and is ready and willing to help. I had a 10 year old Eastman E6OM and having heard an E8, figured it was time for an upgrade. Though E8s are discontinued, Dave worked with me to grab what was likely one of the few lefties available. Eastman was in an uproar over the stupid tariffs which meant delays, but Dave was able to work with their rep to get the instrument shipped here to Texas. Great instrument! Incredible service! He is honest and easy to work with. He stocks a good supply for a tortured Lefty. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another off him in the future
