Carol Wright I had a problem using the ATM yesterday, not something I normally have trouble with. I went inside and was helped by two wonderful ladies Sydney and Jules. They were upbeat and helpful. Jules even went to the ATM with me and explained what I didnt understand. Come to find out Jules has only been employed there for 9 days! I couldnt believe she knew all she knew in that short a time. I have always referred friends to Consumers because of their outstanding service and these two ladies just reinforced that that is still true in a day when it is hard to fine good service anywhere. I’ve had nothing but problems with them for years each time you transfer money from your savings to your checking they automatically take five dollars and they didn’t mention anything about online banking being shut down today so I had to put my whole grocery cart full of groceries back because I wasn’t able to transfer money Because the banking was down

They are always polite, personable and professional, which is why I choose to go into the bank rather than use the drive through or the ATM. The longest I have ever waited to see a teller was five minutes at most and it is typically less than two.
