Christopher Rodeo Horrible experience if I could give a negative star review I would. Attorney Darius Sethna was appointed as GAL for my case. Hard evidence was presented to him, proving that my daughter‘s mother was actively coaching my daughter to lie to me for months also questioning my daughter on what is being asked and talked about with the GAL which I was told both are very very inappropriate. At the end of his investigation not one thing that was confirmed that my daughter‘s mother was doing was mentioned talked about or implemented in a decision. He is the definition of a weak man. Highly recommend to stay away from this law firm I was contacted by my attorney after leaving this review requesting I delete it by Mr Sethna. 100% of my initial review is true and I am willing to give evidence if requested. Mr Sethna when asked why wasn’t the evidence i submitted considered he said “ this is just my recommendation” Well we all know 95% of recommendations by GALS are taken as the decision by current judges. So Mr Sethna my comments not only 100% warranted also are just my recommendations for anyone looking for an attorney should stay clear of your practice

Rosa G. Vega The 2nd star for this review only comes from our final outcome of the case going our way. Our very first meeting went very well and we were assured this would be an easy case for terminating parental rights and moving forward with adoption. After that initial meeting, things went down hill. Communication seemed very limited with constant emails on our side reaching out about questions and paperwork that would go days/weeks without a response, not to mention every single document we received from the assistant of the attorney had someones personal information incorrect or misspelled and when informed of this, she would tell us "it doesnt really matter". I would think a law firm would take pride in spelling legal documents correctly especially personal information like names, DOB and contact information. Overall it was an 8 month process from our first meeting to our final court date where we finally gained full custody of our child from an absent/neglectful "parent" however it appeared more nerve-wrecking and hectic due to the lack of professionalism by the attorney and supporting staff.

Hanah Chang Tania was really understanding about my financial circumstances and what I was looking for in a lawyer (not super cutthroat and out for blood, someone who would treat both sides fairly) - when I had my consultation with her, I felt very heard. She worked on my case only when it was absolutely necessary to lessen her billable hours and had other capable lawyers work on my case. He helped my exhusband get maintenance from me from my non marital assets by INTENTIONALLY not answering a Request to Admit which ended up forcing me to pay maintenance to my ex who was hiding his assets. Harry point blank refused to take his deposition and never got any discovery. What attorney refuses to take a deposition or do discovery? One who is paid to look the other way, thats who. Also Harry lied under oath when I sued him for malpractice and I CAN PROVE IT. If you need more info, contact me here. Hes a low life lawyer who should be disbarred. NEVER use this horrible lawyer.
