1 /5 Freeport Pretz 444: Absolutely love this place so it sucks that I have to leave a bad review but a bad experience is a bad experience. I came through the drive thru and placed my order and the worker at window had confirmed that I was finished and told me to pull forward. When I got to the window he stated that he missed the last item that I had ordered, which was not an issue, so I repeated it back to him to which he then confirmed and apologized for missing it to begin with and then stated he was going to get started on the order. After waiting for our food, another employee brought out the meal and we left and went back home. When we got home we realized that the item he had confirmed back to us was still not in the bag we called the restaurant. A woman picked up and stated that unfortunately since we were not rung up for the item there was not much that she could do, in a rude/annoyed tone, and even then I proceeded to place the order for pickup. I did end up receiving my last item, still being charged fully after it was a mistake made by the worker. Either way, a little compassion or empathy towards the situation would have gone a long way. For what it’s worth, sadly I will wait to try again for awhile.
