Alfanos Pizza - Rock Island (IL)

5 /5 William Unyi: I wish that I had not waited to try their pizza until my son was graduating from Augie. I was told their pizza was fantastic and it did not disappoint at all. Our family is from just outside of Chicago so we have tried several thin crust pizzas in our area. This one is very comparable in quality and taste to some of the best pizza places in the Chicagoland area. Very reasonably priced. Just don’t wait like we did to try it when heading out of town. We will definitely have it again when back in the area. Enjoy!!! TIP: Pretty much carryout only. We took our pizzas to a picnic area of a local park nearby. They may have a seat or two inside, but pretty much carryout.

5 /5 Lee Miller: This is the best pizza in the Quad Cities! Alfanos stuffed pie is better than anything Ive tried in Chicagoland. The calzones are huge in stature and flavor. This is one of the only places Ill drive across the bridge for.

5 /5 Portner Jessica (StrudelDoodle): Recently moved to the Quad Cities and have been so excited to try Alfanos! Did not disappoint! The calzones are massive and stuffed full of toppings. The sauce is seasoned wonderfully, the cheese is perfect, and the veggies are fresh. Alfanos will definitely be my new regular pizza place!

5 /5 Steve Evans: Lifelong resident of the Quad Cities… we finally tried tried Alfano’s tonight. I was met by a pleasant voice on the phone and again in person picking up. The staff seemed to be working as a team to create the pizzas for each order. We tried the “regular crust” - one with sausage and pepperoni, and one with half cheese/half sausage. The pizza was still hot at our house 20 minutes later, and we found it to be very tasty and of great quality. See you again soon!
